| Description: | The desired GUI Team Lead will direct a team of three developers in the delivery of front end web based solutions for numerous back office applications. The candidate must be proficient In Agile software development, css, Struts, Ajax, Java and JSP’s. This position requires a person who can multi task between projects to gather requirements and keep project plans up to date. The GUI Team Lead position is a hands on development position. This candidate must have excellent communication and development skills. The position requires pair programming with developers to implement the required front end solutions. The ability to make good refactoring decisions to keep the code base solid is a must. Financial knowledge is beneficial. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
